Respect The Community
Our games are designed for social enjoyment. Whether you are at a Live Dealer table or in a community chat room:
Be Courteous: Treat fellow players and our staff (including dealers and support agents) with respect.
Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: Harassment, profanity, racism, sexism, or any form of discriminatory language is strictly prohibited.
No Spamming: Do not flood chat rooms with repetitive messages or advertisements for third-party services.
Fair Play & Integrity
Integrity is the backbone of our casino. We expect players to win (and lose) fairly.
One Account Per Person: Maintaining multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or manipulate games is strictly forbidden.
No Collusion: Players are prohibited from working together to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
Anti-Cheating: The use of AI, bots, or external software to automate play or predict outcomes is a violation of our terms and will lead to an immediate ban.
Responsible Use of Bonuses
We love rewarding our players, but bonuses must be used as intended.
Bonus Integrity: Attempting to bypass wagering requirements through “low-risk betting” (e.g., betting on both Red and Black in Roulette simultaneously) is considered bonus abuse.
Transparent Play: Any attempt to exploit technical glitches or “bugs” for financial gain rather than reporting them to support is a breach of conduct.
Financial Responsibility
Legal Funds: You must only deposit funds that you legally own and which were obtained through legitimate means.
No Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate deposits is a violation of this code and will result in the permanent closure of your account and potential legal action.
Security & Account Safety
Personal Use Only: Your account is for your use only. Do not share your login credentials or allow anyone else (especially minors) to access your account.
Identity Verification: You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate with our “Know Your Customer” (KYC) procedures to keep the platform secure.
Enforcement & Consequences
To maintain the quality of our community, TPOWER Official Easy Sign Up reserves the right to take the following actions against accounts that violate this Code of Conduct:
- Warnings: For minor first-time chat offenses.
- Chat Mutes: Temporary or permanent loss of chat privileges.
- Bonus Voiding: Removal of bonus funds gained through abusive play.
- Account Suspension/Termination: Permanent ban and forfeiture of funds in cases of fraud, cheating, or severe harassment.
